| Rules for NCPPC (Naruto Characters Popularity Polls Contest)
1 or 2 things to Adminstrators:
1. Do not Unlock the section until there will be enough members on the site to get high votings of the characters to get to the Popular King/Queen. There will be many rounds of each season of many popularity rounds of a season as we can. Once we reach enough members, we wil open the section for us to get the Popularity contest ongoing.
2. Do not make any polls or anyhting, Adminstrators have access to post or make polls and such under lokced topics/threads and/or posts and/or sections of the forum. This will be remained empty with just few sticky topics with no polls.
Members:
I suggest that you won't beg or complain to open this section up because you want to have the contest going already. We, Adminstrators and maybe Moderators will decide when it's ready.
This is the rules for EVERYONE once a Popularity Polls Contest is up.
1. Once a poll is up, there will be TWO characters randomly going against each other, there wil be NO Multiple chioce, you will have to pick ONE of the characters in order for the character to advance to the next round by the highest number of votes. Though, Voting Cancelling is allowed.
2. I'd suggest that if you vote, please make a POST/COMMENT on who you voted for.
3. Thiese polls is about Popularity, vote your favorites. This is not a contest on who you think who is stronger!
4. Have Fun, don't be angry or upset if a character loses and does not advance to the next round, there wil be plenty of other seasons too for those characters to be in the polls again!
-There might be some Characters Returns of the season for a short awhile, if that character gets kicked off, stays out forever until to the next season.
-You can discuss about the characters and such in the topic pols.
-Eventually, there will be Naruto Chaarcters sign-up for you can sign up some characters for the season to be put in the popularity Polls of a season.
