Cirrus first mission

Utashi is working in his office because he is the new leader of his village.Utashi is working on paper work,unpacking his stuff in his new office,and waiting on Cirrus to get to the office for his first C ranked mission.

Cirrus walks through the door, wondering why he was called to the office. He looked around and was glad that there was a new kage in the villiage, seeing that the old one was useless. "Hey Utashi sir, why am I here?"

utashi smiles at the genin when he walked in.utashi said,"I have a mission for you."

He just looked at him and thought, Awesome, my first mission. Hope for it to be challenging. He looked out the window at the bright, sunny day. His eyes then turned purple. Hopefully, it rained this day.

"Nice day today." utashi said.Well I need you to get a hidden scroll for me some where near the sand village this scroll was stolen from me on my way here today.

"Alright, someone stole a Hidden Scroll....from a kage?" Cirrus was chuckling a little. "Either he caught you off your guard or he was one tough shinobi."

"Oh,thats a joke to you."utashi said,and tried to clam down."I was carrying my stuff to here."I droped it and some one took it."When I chased him he bused a teleporting jutsu and lost there trail."utashi said still mad at the genin.

"Sorry, it's just rare to hear something like that from a kage." He slowed and lowered down the volume on his chuckling. "Well, where did you drop it at, north, south, east, or west of the villiage?"

"I dropped it about west of the Sand Villiage. Then, the shinobi stole it from me. Then, as I chased him, I was able to track where his teleporting jutsu took him. It took him somewhere north of the Hidden Cloud Villiage." Utashi looked at the genin with surprise because his eyes changed a different color.

"Alright Utashi. I'll do what I can. And, I see you are concerned and surprised about my eyes changing color. It's a....berth defect, kind-of, I guess." He looked to the floor, seeing as though that excure was not that great, but he quickly changed the subject. "Do you know what this guy looks like?"

"I think it was the guy you seen the other night out of the village."

"Oh, him? Well, I think I can find him." He then turned around, his eyes turned red, and then started walking out the door.

"strange ninja." utashi said
