Personality: usually calm. He is always ready for battle in case the need arises. If someone he would not give his life for his near him he will be on guard and ready for battle. He is ready to give his life on a moments notice. He is sometimes overly modest of his own abilities and does not talk openly about his skills and talents. He knows when he is beaten but if someone is threatening something or someone he holds dear he will stop at nothing to defeat them or do his best trying to stop them or hold them off. He enjoys spending his free time training or practicing his tactics with strategic games or arguing with people over things he doesnt really care about. He is good at politics but does not usually get into them and hates them for the most part. Enjoys a good laugh and having a good time with people he knows. He is overly protective of those he cherishes. He will meet new people but only if they were never part of anything he stands against. He can hold a grudge and always does but is capable of putting these things aside for the greater good. He is a natural and spotting traps before they are sprung on him and also a master of turning the tides of battle.


Special Characteristics: Clan Japna ability. This ability allows the user to take chakra from the air around him and convert it into chakra for the body so that the user could not easily run out of chakra. This ability after some training could take chakra directly out of the air and put it into an elemental jutsu increasing its strength.

History/Background Story:
Kitaro started out as a hidden cloud ninja. He didnt care for any element but lightning so that was all he ever worked on or ever wanted to work on. His clan ability allowing him to take chakra from the air made him able to do these jutsu from a young age with an underdeveloped chakra network because he could pump in more chakra from the air.
As a genin his sensei was defeated and before Kitaro actually saw her death his squadmates and him were forced to leave by enemy ninja enclosing in on them. This has haunted Kitaro ever since then and even know so many years later he remembers. His squadmates split onto other squads and were both killed in missions.
Kitaro then became a chunin after a difficult chunin exams and was one of 3 ninja to pass them that year. This gained him reputation in the world of ninja and got him many many difficult missions. He completed all missions and continued training with lightning passing from sensei to sensei learning secret jutsu common jutsu all kinds of lightning jutsu.
By the time Kitaro had become a jounin he knew more about the lightning element than most people did. He was capable of focusing his chakra into lightning and altering the direction of it. This was astonishing for his age and skill and chakra level. The Japna ability helped him a little but he was a master of lightning and loved the element of it. He never failed a mission as a jounin but found a more permanent master. The raikage's advisor and one of the few people who knew the lightning element better than Kitaro. Kitaro enjoyed hearing stories of another ninja in history who knew the lightning element as well known as Kakashi Hatake. Kakashi had taught the hidden cloud village his secret jutsu and it was here that they were passed on to the most gifted of ninja. Kitaro was chosen as one of those ninja and learned the abilities and skills of Kakashi and even improved on several of them making his own variations of the jutsu.
Kitaro then left and became a missing ninja after his training with the raikages advisor. He became known as the hermit of lightning and the traveling lightning sage. He traveled from village to village nation to nation training and teaching lightning jutsu and the element itself. Battling as he went he killed many rouge ninja and was paid by many villages and there leaders for his work. He used this money for scrolls of lightning blank scrolls clan history scrolls and some stuff for his little cave north of the lightning village.

Lightning dragon water explosions is a jutsu that can only be used with a lightning dragon Raijon. This causes a stream of lightning chakra to pass under a body of water. This can be detonated by the user at any time. This merges with the water and either causes the water to explode in a great fireball which then spreads by controlling fire chakra or massivly detonates the water.

Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.
After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.

a Lightning Element technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke is able to shape the Lightning Element to form an extending blade of lightning. Though unstated, this blade probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. This attack may also be similar to Chidori Nagashi, causing the target to go numb from the electrical charge.

The metal will amplify the lightning current, making the blade almost unstoppable. This causes the sword to take on Chidori's natural ability to cut through almost anything. Should the sword strike a human, the charge will cause the target to go numb, lessening their ability to further counter the attacks.

A ninjutsu technique that uses Raikiri for a base attack. This jutsu can only be used after Raikiri is being held in the users hand. This jutsu allows the user to slam his lightning elemenet chakra forced hand into the ground releasing the lightning into a fury of power that then erupts from the ground at the opponet going on in a straight line like this for .75 miles in any direction. by using extra chakra the user can force chakra into the ground after it to turn it but this causes some weakness feeling and extreme loss of chakra. This is one jutsu that can only be used by a true master of the lightning element and requires the knowledge of Raikiri and Chidori before use. This jutsu can only be taught by the creator or someone the creator has taught.

a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Sasuke will first launch fireballs into the sky above using his Gouryuuka jutsu. These fireballs will warm the atmosphere and create a powerful rising air current, which in turn generates thunderclouds. Sasuke will then form Chidori and raise his arm to the heavens. This will allow him to channel the lightning down upon his target. Because he is merely channeling the naturally created lightning, he is able to utilize a power greater than what a ninja could create with their own elemental chakra. Because this is also natural lightning, it will travel more quickly than any ninja could dodge. Upon calling down the lightning, it will create a powerful impact with a large amount of destruction.

Lightning wolf Jutsu

This unnamed Ninjutsu technique utilizes the Lightning Element. After creating Raiton in his hand, Kakashi will send out a wolf made of lightning to attack his target. Lightning will run from Kakashi's hand to the wolf itself, limiting its range.

Lightning Dragon Dividing

shadow clone jutsu

Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.
