Ryotoku Reports in! RYOTOKU ONLY

(( this is before third hokage dies by orochimaru, the day naruto sakura and sasuke meet kakashi for their training for the first time.he does not know that the fourth hokage died. ))


Perched on a rock outside the hidden leaf village Ryotoku battled himself on the inside. His conundrum being his duty to Kanoha against his right to avenge his brother. After the ninja wars settled into smaller disputes between clans the Hokage gave him leave to avenge his brother. He had to find a team of ninja led by Ojin Hyabusa, his sister. Ojin would pay dearly for killing his older brother. He had had close to fifteen years and still he had only seen her shadow. He figured he owed it to to the fourth hokage to report back and resume his duties. He had failed in his quest and now he had to suck it up and come home.

A black void opened up under his feet and he sank down into it. In the center of town, outside the hokage main office building the same dark void opened six feet six inches off of the ground, spitting out a red clad ninja... Ryotoku! Walking to the door he noticed two anbu black ops ninja, one on the roof directly above him and one directly behind him hiding in a tree. these were the same who had been following him for days as he wound his way back home. He purposfully cast his eyes in the direction of the tree behind him, allowing then ninja to 'stealthily' drop down to 'suprise' him.

Turning forward and seeing the catlike facemask of the black ops ninja, he lifted his lepel to show the metal leaf badge. " just going to see the Hokage, what can I do for you gentleman?" Ryo turned his lepel pin back to the inside, hidden.
" Who are you? Your not from around here, and what business do you have with the Hokage?" Then anbu took a step closer and ryo could feel the anbu in the tree behind him redying a jutsu just in case his superior called on him.

Producing a gourd from the abyss(although it looked like he snatched it out of thin air) he uncorcked it and took a swig. corking it he dropped it and before it hit the ground it was swallowed up again by the abyss." I will tell you this, though not my name- I am very late for an appoinment with the fourth Hokage, I should have been back years ago. i was told before leaving that i should report immediatly to him on my arrival so you should escort me, now." the final word was given with a look that left no doubt as to who was in charge of this particular situation.
The anbu looked puzzled. "the fourth... ? Umm... right this way sir." the anbu led him through a series of passages and elevators and stopped before a rather large double door. "Here you are, sir. Um... the hokage is right behind these doors. i tust you can introduce yourself." without another word the anbu leapt into the rafters and through a secret door and was gone. 'somethings weird around here. why did he look at me so strangely?' Ryo thought to himself. casting these thoughts aside he settled himself on reporting in and on the news of his mission failure.

Stepping to the door and knocking four times and anouncing himself, "Honorable lord Yondaime Hokage, i have returned to give you my mission report." the door opened inward and a genin ninja opened the door. wow what a lucky kid to be under the tutalige of a hokage. Following the kid in he was brought into a larger chamber with the hokage's desk by a window to the left. sitting at the desk however was not who Ryo was expecting. it was the thrid Hokage, Sandaime who was seated behind the desk.

"Honorable Sarutobi sensei, I did not mean to intrude. i will step out and wait until you and Yondaime Hokage have finished. Again I appologise." Stepping backward and bowing ryo was about to leave when Sarutobi Sensei spoke. " Come friend, I'm not busy. Sit here please.-" Ryo took a seat in the offered chair. "-I should like to hear your report, Ryotoku. But for now i have new for you. Yondaime Hokage fell in battle to the nine tail, but not before sealing it inside his son, one Naruto Uzamaki..." sarutobi started from the begining and told Ryo the whole story.

"... and then his hand went limp and so passed the fourth Hokage." it had taken a whole two hours for sarutobi to tell the story.
"Now give me your report, I have already read the fourth's files on you so i know the story, so I'm listening." Ryo straitened and pulled a folder out of the Abyss. Handing the file to the third he began, "I began my search in the village hidden in the mist... ... ... ...(four hours later) ... and I ended up in a cave in the wind country. My arm still hasnt healed and I am afraid the damage might be long term though not permanent. It should mend through training. By the way, do you know if my friend kakashi is still around?"
